She was born in 1982 in Ankara. She graduated from Sports Academy (faculty of Sports teacher) of Marmara University. Kirici started to play volleyball when she was 13 in Ankara Vakifbank  and was transferred to Yesilyurt İstanbul in 2000. She was transferred to Eczacibasi Sport Club in the season 2004-2005. And she has been the team captain since the season 2005-2006. She won four Turkey League Championships, three Turkey Cups and two Super Cups with Eczacibasi Sport Cub. She was chosen as “the best receiver” in Turkey League’s final matches of 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2012. And she was chosen as the MVP in 2012. She achieved the first place and fourth place (twice) in European Champions League, and, she won the bronze medal in European Top Teams Cup with Eczacibasi Sports Club.
In the national team, she achieved the second place of 2003 European Championship, the seventh place of 2003 World Cup, the second place of 2001 and 2009 Mediterranean Games, the sixth place of 2010 World Cup, the third place of 2011 European Championship, the third place of 2012 Grand Prix and the second place of 2013 Mediterranean Games. When Turkey National Team joined the Olympic Games for the first time in 2012, she was in the national team. And, she played approximately 250 times in national team. In the summer of 2013, she married with a volleyball player, Mustafa Kirici.
